Wall Street opens up, confident about tax reform :

Wall Street started the session up on Friday, building confidence in a quick adoption of the tax reform project: the Dow Jones took 0.32% and the Nasdaq 0.22%.
The New York Stock Exchange ended lower on Thursday, affected by the fear of adoption more difficult than expected by the Congress of the great tax reform promised by the Trump administration: the Dow Jones lost 0.31% and the Nasdaq 0.28%.
